What you'll be doing

- Building and maintaining monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Coordinating between designers, video editors so deliverables land on time
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Running email and WhatsApp campaigns: list management, sequences, sends, and performance tracking
- Pulling monthly performance reports and turning numbers into something a client can actually read and act on
- Managing project boards, timelines, and approvals in monday.com
- Community management: responding to comments, DMs, and reviews within agreed turnaround times
- Competitor and trend monitoring, with recommendations brought to the team proactively

What we're looking for

- 1 to 2 years in a digital marketing, social media, or agency coordination role
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4




- Comfortable inside a project management tool. Eg. monday.com
- Solid written English. You'll be drafting captions, ad copy, email subject lines, and client updates.
- Practical experience with AI tools for research, copy drafts, and reporting speed
- Genuinely organised. Multiple accounts, multiple deadlines, nothing falling through.
- Able to work with international clients and manage some timezone overlap

Nice to have

- Canva skills for quick edits and adaptations
- Experience with real estate, hospitality, retail, or B2B service clients
- Familiarity with CRM or email platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo
- Any exposure to ecommerce or lead generation funnels

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
