We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations of the manufacturing plant and office. The candidate will be responsible for network, hardware, software, servers, user support, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily IT operations at the plant and office.

* Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

* Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPN, and internet connectivity.

* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.

* Manage Windows systems, Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.

* Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and backup systems.

* Manage and troubleshoot **Fortinet/Sophos Firewall**.

* Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and other cybersecurity systems.

* Maintain regular data backup and ensure data security.

* Support **ERP/SAP,



HRMS, production software, and other business applications**.

* Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other plant IT systems.

* Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support.

* Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, AMC records, and documentation.

* Support implementation and maintenance of IT policies and security procedures.

* Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and new IT projects.

* Monitor network and system performance and minimize downtime.

* Prepare IT reports and maintain proper documentation.

* Provide support during plant expansion, recent system installation, and IT audits.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
