Job Description:

- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to student joining the school.
- Talk to parents through phone, email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Explain the school's curriculum, teaching methods, facilities, activities, fees, and admission process to parents.
- Arrange and manage school visits, campus tours, parent meetings, presentations, and admission events.
- Regularly follow up with interested parents and try to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Keep all admission information updated in the CRM/MIS system.
- Track enquiries, applications, school visits, assessments, admissions, cancellations, and enrollments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
- Work closely with Academic, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Transport, and Front Office teams.




- Guide and support the Admissions Counsellors/Executives in handling parents and closing admissions.
- Monitor the team's performance and ensure admission targets are achieved.
- Build relationships with preschools, feeder schools, companies, residential communities, and education consultants to generate admissions.
- Take part in school fairs, open houses, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Work with the Marketing team to bring in recent and quality admission enquiries.
- Keep track of competitor schools, market trends, and what parents are looking for.
- Make sure admissions follow the school's rules, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
- Keep student and parent information private and accurate.
- Find problems in the admission process and suggest better and easier ways to improve admissions and conversions.
