What would you do? • Serve as the subject matter expert for Territory and Quota Planning operations within the Account Management function. Lead complex planning initiatives, support annual and in year planning cycles, mentor team members, ensure planning accuracy and governance, and act as the escalation point for complex operational challenges. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • • Guide usage of AI enabled planning tools, validate recommendations, manage exceptions, and provide feedback for continuous enhancement • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent graduation • 7 to 10 years of experience in Territory and Quota Planning or Sales Operations • Experience supporting global sales organizations across multiple regions • Strong experience managing complex planning operations independently • Assist leadership with workload balancing and operational planning • Promote adherence to governance requirements and quality standards • Supervise productivity, quality, skill development, and performance management for team members • Oversee readiness activities including communication distribution, checklist completion, and Day One support readiness• • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Tableau,

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead Territory and Quota Planning operations, ensuring planning accuracy, governance, SLA compliance, and successful execution of annual and in year planning cycles while serving as the team SME and escalation point. • Responsibilities • Manage territory planning, quota allocation, account segmentation, territory rebalancing, and scenario modelling • Validate planning outputs, resolve exceptions, and ensure quality, compliance, and data integrity • Support client reviews, planning workshops, governance activities,
