Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, engaging, and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs that help students and professionals improve their communication, interpersonal, personality, and workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and interactive training sessions.
- Train students on communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and deliver sessions on:
- Communication Skills
- Spoken English
- Presentation Skills
- Public Speaking
- Interview Skills
- Group Discussion
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Time Management
- Problem-Solving
- Workplace Etiquette
- Personality Development
- Conduct role plays, activities, mock interviews, discussions, and practical exercises.
- Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Track learner progress and maintain training records.
- Customize training sessions based on learner needs.
- Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams when required.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in soft-skills training, corporate training, academic training, or personality development.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
