Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, schedule showroom visits, and maintain robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Follow up on sales inquiries and service reminders.

* Schedule showroom visits and test rides.

* Explain vehicle models, offers, finance options, and exchange benefits.

* Maintain daily call records and update CRM/software.

* Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.

* Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

* Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Fluency in Tamil; basic English is preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
