Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate production planning, manpower, materials, machines, and order priorities.
- Monitor production, productivity, machine utilization, downtime, rejection, and wastage.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials in coordination with Purchase & Stores.
- Coordinate with Quality to maintain product standards and reduce rejection/rework.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatches.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively and maintain shop-floor discipline.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, processes, and operational controls.
- Track operational performance through ERP/MIS reports and prepare regular management reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.




- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Production, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory, manpower, and process management.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both shop-floor and managerial responsibilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
