ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a technically strong Integration Team Lead / Manager to lead enterprise integration projects and manage the Integration Services team. The role combines hands-on expertise in SQL, databases, APIs and system integrations with team leadership, project delivery and client stakeholder management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the integration team, including workload distribution, resource allocation and mentoring.
- Own integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, KPIs, SLAs and deliverables are met.
- Drive API, interface, data-flow and database integrations, including technical troubleshooting and escalations.
- Manage client/onshore stakeholders, risks, dependencies and cross-functional coordination.

Must Have:

- 5+ years in Application Integration, Enterprise IT, Integration Services or Technical Delivery.
- 1–2+ years of Team Lead / People Management experience.
- Strong hands-on SQL and relational database expertise.
- Experience with APIs,



interfaces, data flows, database integration and enterprise applications.
- Strong project, stakeholder and technical escalation management skills.
- B.Tech/B.E. in CSE, IT, ECE/ECS or related discipline.
- Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.

Preferred:

Exposure to LIMS, MES, QMS, PLM, Manufacturing IT or Industrial/Enterprise Applications.

Good to Have: PMP/MBA, Agile/Scrum, ITIL and international client experience.

Ideal Profile:

- Candidates may come from roles such as Integration Lead, Technical Lead, Application Lead, Integration Manager, Technical Consultant, Application Manager or Service Delivery Lead. The priority is strong technical integration capability + team and project ownership, rather than the exact job title.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
