About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and proven expertise in the travel domain. The ideal candidate will craft compelling campaigns that inspire travelers, build brand awareness, and drive conversions across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the travel industry.
- Create and manage content calendars highlighting destinations, packages, and experiences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, and stories that resonate with travelers.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn) to generate leads and bookings.
- Monitor analytics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal campaigns, and platform algorithms.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and nurture traveler relationships.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and travel partnerships.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong background in the travel industry (agencies, tour operators, hospitality, or travel tech).
- Proven track record of growing travel brands and delivering measurable results.




- Excellent communication skills with ability to craft compelling travel narratives.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in destination marketing, group tours, or luxury travel campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and influencer outreach.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
