Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HT Engineer to lead the execution of High Tension (HT) electrical works for large-scale Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HT system installation, testing, commissioning, cable routing, and coordination with DISCOM and project stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of HT electrical systems for Ground-Mounted Solar Power Projects.
- Supervise installation of HT panels, transformers, switchgear, and associated electrical equipment.
- Plan and monitor HT cable routing, cable laying, termination, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with DISCOM, electrical inspectors, consultants, and project stakeholders for approvals, inspections, and grid connectivity.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, project specifications, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution.




- Identify and resolve technical issues related to HT systems and electrical installations.
- Prepare project reports, commissioning records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance processes and safety standards at project sites.

Eligibility

- Diploma or B.E in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in HT electrical works for Solar EPC, Power, or Infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plants or Utility-Scale Solar Projects.
- Knowledge of HT equipment, protection systems, and electrical testing procedures.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Gujarat and other project locations.
