- WANG Professionals is looking for an experienced COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SERVICE ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN / HoReCa EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN in Mumbai Vickroli west.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, repair, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment, such as:
- Dishwashers
- Combi Ovens and Commercial Ovens
- Bakery Ovens
- Fryers and Cooking Equipment
- Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
- Coffee Machines
- Food Preparation Equipment
- Electrical and Electronic Equipment
- Other Commercial Kitchen Equipment
- Candidates with additional knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems will be preferred.

JOB LOCATION AND NATURE OF WORK:

This is a field-service position. The office is based in Mumbai Vickroli west. The Service Engineer will attend installation, breakdown, repair and preventive-maintenance calls at customer sites across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning,



and servicing of commercial food equipment
- Preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of service issues
- Customer engagement to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Collaboration with channel partners and service teams
- Accurate service documentation and reporting

Candidate Profile

- Min. 2 yrs experience in commercial kitchen equipment / refrigeration / electrical systems / food service equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer-centric mindset with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
