Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, well-groomed Steward to support our café operations. The role requires a high level of professionalism, hygiene, and service etiquette, ensuring guests receive a calm, premium café experience that complements the brand’s ambience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Order Handling & Food Service:

- Take food and beverage orders to the barista.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are accurate before serving.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene:

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Clear used dishes, cutlery & crockery.
- Replenish Stock.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

4. Stock & Inventory Support:

- Ensure the availability of cutlery, napkins, and condiments.




- Assist in restocking food and beverage supplies when needed.
- Assist in Tea & Coffee prep for the retail staff.

5. Teamwork & Coordination:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and baristas.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving complaints.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Help with packing takeaway orders if required.

6. Other Duties:

- Support café staff with additional tasks as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to maintain efficiency in service.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
