Job Title: Telecaller – Sales / Telesales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals over the phone. An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a high level of persistence, and the ability to confidently handle objections.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing clients daily from provided lead databases.
- Pitch Products/Services: Present and explain product features, advantages, and pricing models effectively.
- Lead Qualification: Ask relevant, strategic questions to understand customer needs and budget constraints.
- Handle Objections: Address customer complaints, counter common hesitations, and navigate price resistance smoothly.
- Meet Targets: Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales conversion metrics.
- CRM Management: Document every conversation outcome, update contact profiles, and log scheduled follow-up dates in the CRM system.




- Follow-up Management: Track and nurture warm prospects through regular calls to keep the sales pipeline active.
- Process Orders: Route highly qualified opportunities or processed order approvals directly to senior field sales executives.

Skills & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent minimum; a bachelor's degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Agent, or Call Center representative.
- Communication: Flawless verbal expression, active listening, and strong phone etiquette.
- Negotiation: Persuasive selling capability with structured closing tactics.
- Tech Literacy: Experience navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic spreadsheets.
- Resilience: High emotional resilience to handle frequent rejections and stay cool-tempered under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
