About the Role

We are looking for an International HR Manager to manage recruitment operations, lead the recruitment team, and support hiring for Canada and USA-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have robust English communication, leadership, recruitment, team management, and target-achievement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the international recruitment team.
- Handle recruitment for Canada and USA-based automotive positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Monitor daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Train and guide recruiters to improve performance.




- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with international clients and internal management.
- Track recruitment performance and prepare reports.
- Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
- Strong recruitment and team-management skills.
- International recruitment experience preferred.
- Confident with candidate calling and follow-ups.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Comfortable using job portals, Excel, and recruitment tools.
- Willing to work night shifts from the Zirakpur office.
