Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and motivate our 2-wheeler automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer enquiries, monitoring team performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Allocate leads and enquiries among sales executives and monitor follow-ups.
- Track individual and team sales performance on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
- Handle important customer enquiries and support the team in closing difficult deals.
- Monitor walk-in customers, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Train new sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.




- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when required.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and reporting procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile/2-wheeler sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team-handling or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Robust knowledge of 2-wheeler products and automobile sales processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
