Territory: Andhra Pradesh - VIJAYAWADA
Core Mission
Appoint and lead district-level Growth Promoters to drive retail merchant onboarding, paid conversions, and brand awareness across AP & TS.
Daily Responsibilities & Targets
- Field Visits: Personally drive 40 retail shop visits/day with the promoter team.
- Conversions: Secure minimum 4 paid shop conversions/day on the TMO portal.
- Operations: Execute digital merchant registration, new SKU cataloging, and first-level merchant support.
- Team Governance: Manage promoter beat plans, attendance, daily reporting, and field KPIs.
- Brand Marketing: Deploy POS branding (QR codes, standees, posters) and local BTL promotional activities.
Target Backgrounds
- Fintech QR/Soundbox: Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe.
- FMCG & Dairy: General Trade/Kirana sales, Amul, Heritage, Dodla, Vijaya.
- Financial Services: CASA (Bank Accounts), Retail Loans, POS sales.
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years of fast-paced B2B field sales and team handling experience.
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and English.
- High tech-savviness (CRM, portals, field tracking apps).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
