Production Supervisor
Core Responsibilities
- Plan daily work: Set shift goals, build staff schedules, and assign daily tasks.
- Oversee operations: Monitor the production line to catch delays or equipment failures fast.
- Enforce safety: Make sure workers follow safety laws and wear protective gear.
- Manage people: Train new hires, coach team members, and review performance.
- Control quality: Check finished products to match company and industry standards.
- Report metrics: Track output numbers, waste rates, and machine downtime for managers.
Key Requirements
- Education: Diploma/ BE Mechanical, Industrial, or Production engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years working in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic machine troubleshooting, explicit communication, and time management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
