We are seeking a highly analytical, honest, and responsible Senior Procurement Executive to take endto-end ownership of our supply chain for complete interior and exterior turnkey projects. The successful candidate will act as a strategic negotiator who protects the company's bottom line.



You will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating a wide variety of materials—spanning from modular furniture supplies to civil, electrical, and finishing materials. You will prevent wasteful ordering and ensure our factory and site execution teams are supplied on time through transparent and factual communication.

* Actively develop current vendors and source a comprehensive range of interior and exterior materials, including: plywood, laminates, hardware, flooring, false ceiling grids/boards, paint, electrical fixtures/cabling, networking components, glass partitions, and exterior ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels). * Aggressively negotiate rates, bulk discounts, and favorable payment terms on every single quotation before drafting a Purchase Order. * Stop blind ordering by analyzing the actual site requirement against current inventory and usable site/factory offcuts before generating any PO. * Strictly adhere to company financial protocols by ensuring 100% of Purchase Orders receive formal management approval (physical signature or official digital approval) before release to vendors. * Maintain radical transparency with management, vendors, and clients by providing realistic, factual delivery timelines without giving false commitments. * Take complete responsibility for the procurement cycle, from the initial requisition from site supervisors/factory to the moment the material is safely delivered to the site or floor. * Proactively flag delivery delays, material shortages, or vendor issues to the management the moment they arise. * Collaborate strictly with the design and project management teams to ensure technical specifications (e.g., electrical load ratings, glass thickness, ACP grades) match the approved client BOQ before purchasing.

* Bachelors degree in any field.



* 2 to 4 years of core purchase/procurement experience specifically managing full-scale interior fit-out or commercial construction projects. * Broad technical knowledge of comprehensive interior materials (Civil, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Facade finishes), not just modular woodworking. * Deep commercial acumen with a proven track record of finding alternative materials and negotiating cost savings across diverse product categories. * Extreme integrity, accountability, and a commitment to transparent communication. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle strict vendor follow-ups and supply chain logistics.

* Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Civil/Electrical Engineering. * Strong existing network and relationships with wholesale suppliers for flooring, electricals, paints, and hardware in the Gujarat region. * Proficiency in using advanced Excel or ERP software for inventory tracking, PO management, and multi-site material allocation.

Directly reporting to Managing Partner

* Cost Savings Metric: Percentage of material cost saved against standard market rates or previous vendor pricing through active negotiation across all categories. * Vendor Development Metric: Number of new, reliable, and cost-effective vendors successfully onboarded per quarter. * Process Compliance: 100% adherence to the mandatory management PO approval rule. Zero unauthorized purchases. * Inventory Efficiency: Reduction in blind/duplicate orders and proven utilization of existing stock for site requirements. * Delivery & Timeline Accuracy: Percentage of materials delivered to the factory/site on or before the committed date, ensuring zero project delays due to procurement. * Transparency & Integrity: Zero instances of hidden operational problems or fabricated commitments given to management or vendors.

Up to Rs. 30,000 per month (in-hand), based on previous salary and experience.

Performance-based yearly bonus tied to measurable procurement cost-savings and zero-delay execution.

Official travel/fuel reimbursement for local vendor visits and SIM card reimbursement

Probation Period- 3 months

Notice Period - 7 Days in Probation period, 45 days after confirmation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
