- About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager from a D2C or E-commerce background who will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, dispatch control, manpower management and timely order fulfilment for our fast-growing spiritual & puja products brand.

This role is critical in ensuring zero stock mismatch, faster order processing, and smooth returns handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular cycle counts.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for fragile, perishable, and religious products.

- Plan and monitor order fulfilment SLAs for D2C and marketplace channels (Website, Amazon, quick commerce, etc.).

- Coordinate with courier partners and ensure timely dispatch & delivery.

- Manage returns and replacements efficiently.

- Control damages and stock ageing.





- Lead warehouse manpower, supervisors, packers & loaders.

- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, binning & space utilization.

- Maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Retail warehouse operations.

- Strong hands-on experience in inventory control, WMS/ERP, and stock audits.

- Experience managing high-volume daily dispatches.

- Knowledge of courier integrations, RTO handling & marketplace SLAs.

- Positive command over Excel, ZOHO.

- Experience managing warehouse staff & shifts.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)

Preferred Candidate

- Has worked in D2C brands, e-commerce companies, or FMCG warehouses.

- Experience in fragile or spiritual products is a plus.

- Based in NCR / warehouse region.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
