- Financial reporting — accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- General ledger & reconciliations — maintain ledgers, review journal entries, monthly bank and account

reconciliations

- Auditing & compliance — coordinate internal and external audits; GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C and ITC

reconciliation), TDS/TCS, PF, ESIC, qualified tax

- Budgeting & analysis — analyse financial data, explain budget variances, support forecasting and cost

control

- Team leadership — delegate daily tasks, review work, mentor junior accountants
- Doctor payouts — computation and settlement as per individual agreements
- Receivables — patient account reconciliation across IP and OP billing; ageing control across cash, TPA

and government scheme payors, including claim submission and follow-up

- Stores & pharmacy — financial control and periodic physical stock verification
- Vendor payments — processing against PO and GRN verification

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
