About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Marketing Executive to support the Marketing team in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement through impactful Marketing campaigns, webinars, social media and database management. This role is ideal for someone with 1 year of hands-on marketing experience who is eager to learn end-to-end B2B marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Email and WhatsApp campaigns end-to-end — template creation, database segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Support in webinar organization and promotion.
- Schedule and publish social media content, and track platform metrics (impressions, engagement, likes, etc.)
- Support database segmentation and hygiene for marketing activities (CRM Management)
- Design basic social media graphics using tools like Canva

Valuable to have:

- Enjoys writing and content creation
- Done any Project or certification in marketing

Requirements:

- 1 Year of experience in marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva




- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel
- Willingness to learn and multitask across channels
- Passionate and committed toward the work assigned
- Takes initiative to explore and learn beyond assigned tasks in marketing
