About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and multi-skilled Facility & Maintenance Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day Housekeeping, Pantry, Facility Maintenance, Basic Electrical Work, DG, Car Lift Operations and Administrative Coordination.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, responsible, proactive and comfortable handling both supervisory and hands-on maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage Housekeeping and Pantry operations.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, discipline and proper manpower deployment.

· Handle day-to-day facility and general maintenance activities.

· Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repair work.

· Monitor and operate DG Set and maintain operation/service records.

· Operate and monitor Car Lift and coordinate its preventive maintenance and servicing.

· Handle basic plumbing, carpentry and other general maintenance requirements.

· Identify facility issues and ensure timely resolution.

· Coordinate with external technicians, contractors and service vendors.

· Maintain maintenance schedules, AMC records and service reports.

· Maintain stock of maintenance, housekeeping and pantry materials.

· Prepare daily/weekly maintenance and facility reports.

· Perform basic computer operations, MS Excel, email and data entry.

· Support the Admin/HR team in routine administrative coordination.





· Ensure proper safety practices and immediately report any unsafe condition or equipment malfunction.

Required Skills

· Hands-on knowledge of electrical maintenance

· Basic knowledge of DG Set operation and maintenance

· Knowledge of car lift operation and maintenance

· General maintenance skills – electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.

· Housekeeping and Pantry supervision

· Vendor and contractor coordination

· Basic MS Office / Excel knowledge

· Good communication and reporting skills

· Ability to independently handle multiple facility-related activities

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Candidate Profile

· 3–7 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Administration, Factory/Office Maintenance, Hotel, Commercial Building or similar environment.

· ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance or a related field will be preferred.

· Candidates with experience as Facility Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Technician, Electrical Technician or Admin & Maintenance Executive are encouraged to apply.

· Should be willing to perform hands-on technical work along with supervisory responsibilities.

· Should be disciplined, reliable, proactive and safety conscious.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can act as a single-point person for routine Facility, Maintenance and Admin support, rather than someone limited to only supervision.

Pay: ₹11,741.49 - ₹29,392.84 per month
