We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web & Application Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and deep expertise in the MERN stack. You will build robust, scalable web applications and APIs, working across the entire development lifecycle. You are a developer who writes clean code, thinks in systems, and uses AI tools to amplify productivity — not as a crutch, but as a competitive advantage.

Job Title: Full Stack Web & Application Developer (MERN Stack) — AI-Assisted Development

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage databases
- Develop responsive, performant front-end interfaces with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform designs into functional, pixel-perfect products
- Write clean, documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or similar)





What You Must Have

- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience using AI coding assistants and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar — for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and architectural decisions
- Proven ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting it
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
- Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and server management.

Nice to Have

- Experience with React Native for mobile app development
- Knowledge of Next.js, Redux, or state management libraries
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture
- Experience with WebSocket, real-time applications, or blockchain integration
- Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
