EcoWell is looking for a hands-on CTO with strong expertise in RO plants, water softeners, pumps, plumbing, and VFD systems to lead technical operations, quality, and field service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RO & water treatment systems.
- Manage pumps, plumbing layouts, VFD configuration, and system automation.
- Interpret water testing reports and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
- Train and manage technicians/engineers on installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Develop SOPs, quality standards, and technical documentation.
- Support sales teams with technical project scoping and solutions.
- Evaluate equipment, vendors, and new water-treatment technologies.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements





- 3+ years of relevant experience in the water treatment/RO industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of RO, softeners, pumps, plumbing, and VFDs.
- Ability to interpret water testing/lab reports.
- Solid field troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
