# About the Role

BookMyGlow is looking for an experienced and target-oriented **Sales Executive** to strengthen our sales team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring salons, parlours, and beauty professionals and expanding BookMyGlow's customer base.

#Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential salons, parlours, and beauty professionals.

* Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.

* Present and explain BookMyGlow's services and subscription plans.

* Convert leads into paying clients.

* Maintain robust relationships with clients.

* Follow up with prospects and close sales.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Identify new business opportunities in the Lucknow market.

* Maintain regular sales reports and updates.

#Requirements





Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Comfortable with field visits and local travel.

* Experience in B2B sales or selling services will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

₹4–8 LPA + performance-based incentives**, depending on experience, skills, and sales performance.
