Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Stewards (OJT/Freshers) to join our banquet team. The candidate will assist with banquet setup, food and beverage service, guest handling, table maintenance, and event operations. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates undergoing on-the-job training to gain practical experience in hospitality and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up banquet halls, tables, chairs, buffet counters, and service stations.
- Welcome and assist guests during events and functions.
- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Maintain proper placement of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and table linen.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and other service items promptly.
- Reset tables and service areas during and after events.
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet team members for smooth service.
- Respond politely to guest requests and communicate requirements to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of banquet halls and service areas.
- Assist with pre-event preparation and post-event cleanup.
- Handle banquet equipment and service items carefully.
- Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Assist during weddings, conferences, parties,



corporate events, and buffet services.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Support the team during high-volume events and busy service periods.

Qualification

- 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Candidates currently undergoing OJT (On-the-Job Training) are welcome to apply.

Experience

- Freshers / OJT candidates can apply.
- No prior experience is mandatory.
- Previous internship or hospitality training is an advantage.
