Daily updates (DSR) to Customers.

Handling Key Corporate accounts / Local Sales Generated / Agent Generated (Nomination) shipments

Timely updates to MB offices / Overseas Partners / Branches and Inter departmental colleagues.

Proactive and Forecasting technique for all customer updates.

Handling all open issues without escalations.

Timely Escalations to resolve issues well before things going out of control

Pay: ₹10,474.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
