Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor with relevant experience in student counselling, educational sales, admissions, telecalling, or a related field. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.




- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for successful enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, leads, and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Relevant experience is mandatory in Academic Counselling, Educational Sales, Admissions, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Minimum 6 Months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve admission/sales targets.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/database handling skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
