Job Description

We are looking for a smart, highly creative and socially savvy Senior Social Media Executive who understands social media from a creator/influencer perspective.

The ideal candidate should be someone who knows what makes people stop scrolling, watch a Reel, engage with content, share it and follow a brand. We are looking for a person who is naturally aware of Instagram trends, Reels, influencers, memes, viral content, pop culture and emerging social media formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualise and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts and social media campaigns.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, memes and creator trends and adapt them creatively for the brand.
- Develop content ideas that increase reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers and internal teams for content creation.
- Identify and manage relevant influencer and creator collaborations.
- Monitor social media analytics and use insights to improve content performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats and platform developments.




- Experiment with new content concepts and continuously improve the brand's social media presence.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation or Influencer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Highly creative with solid content ideation and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of viral and trending content.
- Experience in creating or managing short-form video content.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative ideas.
- Experience working with influencers, creators or digital agencies will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable appearing in videos or directing on-camera content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
