About the Role

CyberToss Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive to support our international projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge or internship experience in E-commerce Operations, Email Marketing, and Email Automation. Freshers with relevant hands-on skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, uploads, pricing and inventory updates.
- Assist with Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce store operations.
- Conduct product and basic competitor research.
- Create, schedule and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with audience segmentation and email database management.
- Support automated email workflows such as welcome, follow-up, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and re-engagement campaigns.
- Monitor basic email campaign performance.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets, project data and reports.
- Conduct online research using relevant digital and AI tools.

Requirements

- Any Graduate – Arts, Commerce or Science.
- Practical knowledge or internship experience in E-commerce and/or Email Marketing.
- Basic understanding of email campaigns, segmentation and automation.




- Familiarity with Shopify and/or WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of product listing or product research.
- Basic MS Excel and online research skills.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Added Advantage: Experience with email marketing/automation tools, CRM platforms, AI tools, Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
