JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and preferably experience in the EdTech/Education industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/admission team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Guide team members through the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance discussions.
- Support team members in handling objections and closing admissions.
- Track conversion rates, revenue, follow-ups, and lead performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams for better lead conversion.




- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Train new team members on sales processes, CRM, counselling, and conversion techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Previous EdTech experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
