Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be directly responsible for candidate counselling, contestant onboarding, target execution, and driving regional lead conversions for our flagship pageantry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Counselling: Connect with, guide, and counsel aspiring candidates about VogueStar's national pageantry platform and opportunities.
- Contestant Onboarding: Drive end-to-end conversions to onboard eligible candidates into official contestants for Ms/Mrs VogueStar India.
- Target Execution:



Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Lead Management: Follow up promptly on incoming leads, maintain accurate interaction records, and build strong pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1+ year of proven experience in B2C sales, candidate counselling, tele-calling, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Passion for fashion, entertainment, media, and talent development.
- Ability to work on-site 6 days a week at our Gurugram office.
