We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to ensure that structural works are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure proper coordination before and during execution.
- Provide technical guidance and structural support to site engineers and project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor structural works, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify structural issues during construction and provide practical, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
- Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, foundations, and other structural works at different stages of execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Review structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and relevant technical documents.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Assist in planning structural activities, material requirements,



and execution schedules.
- Optimize materials and construction methods wherever possible without compromising structural safety or quality.
- Prepare and maintain site inspection reports, technical observations, and necessary documentation.
- Support the project team in ensuring timely completion of structural works.

Qualifications & Requirements

- M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong on-site construction project experience.
- Positive knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, RCC works, foundations, and steel structures.
- Ability to read, review, and coordinate structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle site-related technical challenges independently.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian building codes and structural standards is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
