Key Responsibilities For R&D; Fresher:

- Literature Survey & Study: Conduct baseline literature searches, gather synthetic route information, and review safety profiles for assigned chemical processes.
- Laboratory Synthesis: Perform bench-scale organic synthesis, reactions (such as hydrogenation, nitration, chlorination, distillation, etc.), and experimentation under the guidance of senior R&D; personnel.
- Process Optimization: Assist in improving chemical yields, optimizing cycle times, reducing impurity profiles, and lowering production costs at the lab scale.
- Sample Analysis & Data Recording: Coordinate with the analytical testing team (or handle basic analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, pH meter, melting point apparatus)



to analyze reaction masses and maintain accurate lab notebooks.
- Scale-Up Support: Participate in bench-to-pilot and pilot-to-plant scale-up studies, compiling observation reports for plant trials.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to laboratory safety protocols, proper chemical handling, waste disposal guidelines, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
