Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers with robust PCB design skills may also be considered)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PCB Designer to design high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for electronic products. The candidate will work closely with the hardware, firmware teams to develop reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective PCB designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCB layouts.

Create and modify PCB layouts based on circuit schematics.

Perform component placement, trace routing, and optimization for signal integrity and thermal performance.

Create and maintain PCB footprints and component libraries.

Generate manufacturing files such as Gerber files, Drill files, BOM, Pick & Place, and Assembly Drawings.

Ensure PCB designs comply with DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and IPC standards.

Coordinate with hardware engineers to resolve design-related issues.

Review prototype boards and implement required design improvements.

Support PCB fabrication and assembly during product development.

Maintain design documentation and revision records.

Required Skills





Hands-on experience with PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD.

Good understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics circuits.

Knowledge of PCB stack-up, grounding, EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and thermal management.

Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB manufacturing processes.

Experience in creating Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication documentation.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with embedded hardware and microcontroller-based designs.

Knowledge of high-speed PCB routing and impedance-controlled designs.

Familiarity with industrial electronics, instrumentation, or control systems.
