Role & responsibilities :

* Manage execution across civil works, interior fit outs, retail projects, highways, and government contracts.

* The role requires strong site coordination skills, adherence to drawings and specifications, and strict compliance with quality and safety standards applicable to both private and government projects.

Site Execution & Supervision:

· Supervise daily site activities for civil construction, highway works, and government projects.

· Execute works in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract conditions.

· Plan and monitor work schedules, labour deployment, and material usage to meet project timelines.

Highways & Government Project Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with government norms, tender specifications, contract conditions, and safety regulations.

· Coordinate with government engineers, consultants, inspectors, and local authorities for site inspections and approvals.

· Maintain statutory registers, site records, measurement books (MB), and documentation required for government audits.

· Ensure execution as per IRC / MORTH / PWD / CPWD standards (as applicable).





· Support joint measurements, interim billing, and certification processes for government contracts.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

· Ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks and workmanship standards across all projects.

· Implement and monitor site safety practices, PPE compliance, and safe working procedures.

· Identify risks, deviations, and non-conformances, and take corrective actions promptly.

Coordination & Reporting:

* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, labour contractors, and internal project teams.

* Prepare daily progress reports, material tracking reports, and manpower records.

* Escalate site challenges proactively and assist in resolving technical and execution issues.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

* Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and government representatives.

* Support handover activities, snag list closures, and final inspections.
