Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and workflow
- Track project schedules and hit key milestones
- Control project budgets and material costs
- Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and engineers
- Enforce site safety rules and local regulations
- Inspect work quality and fix site issues early
- Report progress to company leaders and clients
- Daily have to work in multiple sites and in office too
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or business
- Solid knowledge of building methods and materials
- Clear communication and team leadership skills
- Problem-solving and risk management aptitude
- Certifications like PMP or local safety credentials
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
