Sales Executive – Women’s Clothing Store

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and experienced Sales Executive to join our women’s clothing store.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and help them choose suitable clothing and styles.
- Actively promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Have good knowledge of women’s fashion, fabrics, sizes, fits, and current trends.
- Assist customers in the trial room and provide suitable styling suggestions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is neat and well-organized.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist with billing, stock handling, and other store operations when required.
- Keep track of new arrivals and product details.




- Work as part of the team to achieve overall store sales goals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or clothing sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales knowledge and a positive attitude.
- Interest in women’s fashion and styling.
- Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers.
- Presentable, energetic, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
