Our solutions are deployed across large enterprises, educational institutions, and government-affiliated skilling centers, currently supporting over 50,000 Daily Active Users (DAUs). We operate at the intersection of complex frontend engineering and deep AI infrastructure, handling real-time voice animation, image streaming, and large-scale LLM/TTS/ASR integration.

The Role We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to architect, scale, and own our core Voice AI user interface. You will thrive in a high-ownership environment, taking on our most difficult technical challenges related to real-time rendering, streaming latency, and UI reliability. You will drive multi-week engineering epics, set the frontend architectural direction, and elevate the engineering standards of the entire team.

Because our product is deeply integrated with AI, this is a hybrid role. While you will leverage your deep React and frontend architecture expertise to build complex interfaces and manage real-time voice/image streaming, you are also expected to spend 30-40% of your time architecting and optimizing our AI prompt infrastructure. This includes designing systems for prompt pipelines, optimizing for accuracy, managing variance, reducing hallucination rates, and eliminating latency at scale through automated adversarial testing in production.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Ownership: Take full ownership of complex engineering epics lasting 2-4 weeks. Drive technical design, frontend architecture, and production deployment for high-stakes features.
- Frontend Engineering: Architect and scale complex, high-performance UIs using React and React Fiber. Optimize rendering pipelines for real-time voice animations and low-latency image streaming.
- Prompt Infrastructure & Testing: Dedicate 30-40% of your bandwidth to architecting the infrastructure for AI prompts. Build automated, adversarial networks to test LLM accuracy, variance, hallucination rates, and latency under brutal, high-stakes production scenarios.
- Orchestration Layer Integration:



Architect the integration between the frontend and our proprietary orchestrator, ensuring seamless, ultra-low latency data flow for TTS, ASR, and LLM components.
- Architecture & Quality: Set the standard for technical excellence. Surface and implement the right architectural patterns. Write bulletproof test cases, ship clean code, and enforce a high bar for engineering quality across the team.
- Mentorship: Actively mentor mid-level and junior engineers, providing deep architectural code reviews, system design guidance, and technical leadership.
- Product Engineering: Apply a product-minded approach, leveraging engineering spikes and R&D; to define the technical roadmap and drive new product improvements.

- Core: React, React Fiber (advanced rendering patterns, concurrency)
- Integrations: Blender MCP, real-time image/voice streaming pipelines, WebSockets
- AI Stack: Custom orchestration layer, TTS, ASR, LLMs, prompt engineering tooling

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with solid, deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture.
- Extensive experience designing high-performance UIs handling real-time data, streaming, or heavy state management.
- A proven ability to dig deep into complex problems related to browser rendering performance, memory leaks, and network latency.
- Exceptionally high standards for code quality, testing, system architecture, and observability.
- You have deep React expertise—navigating deeply nested Context Providers or writing custom React Fiber reconcilers doesn't scare you; it sounds like a fun afternoon.
- Experience working at a scaling startup, or a demonstrated readiness to transition into a high-growth startup environment from a larger organization.
- Intellectual curiosity about AI infrastructure and a willingness to work hands-on with LLMs,



prompt optimization, and adversarial testing.

Pay: ₹673,086.13 - ₹800,000.00 per year
