Sales Executive — Retail Field Sales (Gurgaon) HealthKounter | Full-time

About us HealthKounter manufactures orthopaedic supports and braces under the Relief and NeoFit brands, serving retail chemists, distributors, and hospitals across NCR and Rajasthan. We're building a direct retail sales network — starting with Gurgaon.

The role We're looking for a field sales executive to own a dedicated beat of retail chemists and surgical stores across Gurgaon. You'll be the face of our brands on the ground — opening new retailer accounts, growing repeat business, and making sure our products are visible and moving off the shelf.

What you'll do

- Run a structured daily/weekly beat across assigned retail outlets
- Onboard new retailers and build lasting, repeat-ordering relationships
- Track orders, collections, and shelf visibility using a simple sales app
- Expand the range each retailer stocks over time




- Share ground-level market feedback — pricing, competition, and demand trends

What we're looking for

- 1-3 years of field/retail sales experience — pharma, FMCG, surgical, or medical devices preferred
- Comfortable with rejection, persistent with follow-up, and genuinely good at building trust with retailers
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for orders and reporting
- Prior experience selling into chemists or medical stores is a robust plus
- 12th pass minimum; graduate preferred but not required

Working hours 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM, six days a week

Location: Gurgaon (NCR), Office Location - Bhiwadi (NCR)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
