Job Summary

Health & Beyond Foods is looking for an F&B; Controller with solid experience in F&B; cost control, inventory management, MIS reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Excel and advanced formulas and capable of creating accurate, management-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control food cost, inventory, consumption and wastage across outlets and central kitchen.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyse sales vs. consumption, food cost %, stock variance and wastage.
- Reconcile opening stock, purchases, transfers, consumption and closing stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and inventory checks.
- Identify and investigate stock variances, excess consumption and pilferage.
- Prepare theoretical vs. actual consumption reports.
- Monitor recipe costing, portion control and yield.
- Verify purchase, GRN, stock transfer and consumption entries.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Purchase and Accounts teams.
- Create dashboards and reports to track outlet-wise performance and cost trends.
- Present key variances and findings to management with actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, Pivot Tables,



Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.
- Strong ability to build reports and MIS from raw data.
- Good understanding of F&B; costing and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and multiple outlet reports.
- Experience with POS / inventory management software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Hotel Management, Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B; Cost Control / Inventory Control / MIS / Restaurant Finance.
- Candidates from QSR, café, restaurant, cloud kitchen or hospitality brands preferred.
- Should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple outlets.
