Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Intelex Administrator / Developer to manage, configure, and optimize the Intelex Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) platform in a global enterprise environment.

The role will focus on platform administration, application configuration, workflow management, user access, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient EHSQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

Administer and maintain the Intelex platform across enterprise environments.

Configure applications, workflows, forms, dashboards, and business processes.

Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Monitor platform performance, availability, and overall system health.

Maintain platform configuration and administrative standards.

Development & Configuration

Configure Intelex modules based on evolving business and operational requirements.

Design and implement workflows, forms, dashboards, and business rules.

Support application enhancements, upgrades, patches, and release activities.

Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and systems.

Perform system testing, validation, deployment, and post-release support.

Support & Operations

Provide L2/L3 support for Intelex platform issues.

Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within defined SLAs.

Analyze root causes and implement sustainable resolutions.

Coordinate with vendors and internal technology teams for complex issues.

Identify opportunities for platform optimization and automation.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure platform configuration aligns with organizational policies and governance standards.

Support audit readiness through accurate and consistent data management.





Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.

Promote data quality, consistency, security, and regulatory compliance.

Support compliance reporting and governance initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business, IT, EHS, quality, and compliance teams.

Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Provide user training and support platform adoption.

Participate in enterprise transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation and release activities.

Hands-on experience with Intelex administration and configuration.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–7 years of experience administering enterprise business applications.

Hands-on experience with Intelex or comparable EHSQ platforms.

Experience supporting enterprise or global environments.

Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

Intelex Platform Certification.

ITIL Foundation.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.

Certified Scrum Master.

Project Management Certification.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing or administering Intelex EHSQ modules.

Experience with enterprise workflow automation and business process optimization.

Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications.

Experience with system integrations, reporting, and analytics.

Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.

Understanding of EHS, quality, risk, compliance, or related business processes.

What You Will Do in This Role

You will serve as a key technical resource for the Intelex platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while continuously improving platform capabilities. You will combine platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and stakeholder engagement to support business-critical EHSQ processes across the organization.
