Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

* Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, services, and requirements.

* Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions.

* Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

* Coordinate with​ internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

* Follow up on leads and support sales conversion.

* Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic knowledge of M⁠S Office and CRM tools.

* Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.

* Tamil & English communication required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
