Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively detect potential problems before they impact users.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
- Experience with data integration and master data management concepts related to Informatica MDM.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application health.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
