We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage private construction projects from planning and execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction project management, site coordination, contractor management, cost control, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects as per approved drawings, specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Take overall responsibility for project progress, quality, cost, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other services.
- Monitor project costs, BOQs, material requirements, contractor bills, and variations.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved standards and project specifications.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take timely corrective action.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, and handover activities.




- Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, approvals, reports, measurements, and project records.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable construction regulations.
- Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong experience in private/residential/commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Excellent contractor, consultant, vendor, and manpower management skills.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other relevant project-management tools.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in high-end residential projects, commercial buildings, villas, private developments, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
