We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented *HR Recruiter* to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to source and close positions within defined timelines.
## Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
## Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
## Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (HR consultancy experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
