Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3–5 years of experience in business development and B2B sales across both Domestic and International markets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following industries: E-learning/EdTech, US K-12 Education, Translation & Localization, Publishing, US Staffing, IT Staffing, or related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across Domestic and International markets.
- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Drive B2B sales and manage the complete business development and sales cycle.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, business pitches, and commercial discussions.




- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in target industries.
- Meet assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective client relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience handling both Domestic and International markets is preferred.
- Experience in any of the following domains:
- E-learning / EdTech
- US K-12 Education
- Translation & Localization
- Publishing / Educational Publishing
- US Staffing
- IT Staffing
- Strong experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
