Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our overall marketing function and develop strategies that strengthen our brand, increase customer engagement, drive showroom footfall, and contribute to business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving all marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution of the organization.
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, showroom footfall, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute festival, Onam, wedding-season, promotional, and current-collection campaigns.Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in textile, fashion, retail, jewellery, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a complete marketing function/team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, creative thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with relevant textile/fashion retail marketing experience will be preferred.
- Manage branding,



promotional activities, photoshoots, videos, creatives, and marketing communications.
- Identify and develop collaborations with influencers, content creators, media, and other marketing partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and showroom teams to support sales targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance insights and future plans to management.
