We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Photographer cum Cinematographer to produce high-quality photography and video content for podcasts, personal branding, product shoots, and other creative projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lighting, composition, colour, camera techniques, and visual storytelling. Editing experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute podcast, interview, personal branding, product, and other creative shoots.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, modifiers, and related production gear.
- Create visually compelling compositions using effective framing, depth, exposure, and perspective.
- Apply professional lighting techniques, including key, fill, rim, soft, hard, and creative lighting setups.
- Manage colour temperature, skin tones, colour consistency, and overall visual quality.
- Set and monitor camera settings, focus, exposure, white balance, and image quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand concepts, references, mood boards, and client requirements.
- Contribute to creative concepts, visual styles, and shoot planning.
- Maintain and handle all camera and lighting equipment responsibly.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality photographs and video footage within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of qualified photography and cinematography.
- Excellent understanding of lighting,



colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Understanding of composition, framing, camera movement, and perspective.
- Experience with studio and on-location shooting techniques.
- Ability to independently plan, set up, and execute complete shoots.
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different shooting requirements and work under deadlines.

Editing Skills – Added Advantage

Candidates with editing experience will be preferred. Experience with the following tools and techniques is an advantage:

- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop and Lightroom
- Colour correction and colour grading
- Basic video editing, sound syncing, transitions, and social-media-ready exports

Candidate Profile

- 1–3+ years of experience in photography or cinematography preferred.
- Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
- Passion for photography, filmmaking, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to shoot, light, colour-correct, and edit content is a strong advantage.
