Job Summary

Role Summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP OCM Services-Core Consultant/Lead with 6–8 years of SAP implementation experience to drive Organizational Change Management activities across SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield transformation programs in the steel manufacturing industry. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, business readiness, adoption management and successful organizational transition.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Organizational Change Management strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Conduct stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement activities across business functions.

Perform change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.

Develop communication strategies, leadership messaging and employee engagement plans.

Create training strategies, learning materials, role mapping and end-user enablement programs.

Support Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout and carve-out transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, PMO and SAP functional workstreams.

Drive adoption tracking, resistance management and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Define business readiness criteria and execute readiness assessments before deployment.

Lead workshops, townhalls and change champion network activities.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor Degree in Business , Engineering, HR or related discipline

MBA/PGDM preferred

Prosci Change Management Certification preferred

SAP Activate or SAP S/4HANA certification desirable
